An old, closed bank building from Baltimore. Full credits for the original model[skfb.ly] are due to Sketchfab user Katie Wolfe, who provided it as a free download under the Creative Commons Attribution[creativecommons.org] license.

In game, it's a low density commercial growable which sits on a 4x2 lot.

There is a rooftop billboard included as sub-building, but (as far as I know) it will only appear when the building is plopped manually? It can be removed entirely, by changing the building's name to anything other than its default.

The building itself is 2,015 tris with 1024x1024 diffuse/normal textures, and the billboard is 576 tris with 512x512 d/n textures. The lot is empty except for light props placed on the building.
