Scottish Tenement (Residential Blonde Sandstone) Assets

Opis
Since I released my original Scottish Tenement (Residential Blonde Sandstone) Assets I've learned a couple of things about asset creation that I thought made it worth releasing an updated version. The changes are as follows:

1. The LOD model texture dimensions are now 128x128 (compared to 256x256 in the original version). The aesthetic impact of this seems to be negligible in-game, but it means the LOD textures will use four times less space in the atlas. The main model texture dimensions remain unchanged at 1024x1024.
2. RICO settings are now included.
3. There are fewer decorative props on some of the buildings.

Due to these improvements I hope new users will subscribe to this version. The old version will remain available for those who are already using it.

The separate District Style is not available for this version as the Building Themes mod seems to be broken. In the event that it's fixed I will publish a District Style for these assets.

Set of 60 high-density residential buildings based on the traditional blonde sandstone tenements found in Glasgow, Scotland. Pack contains 3 sizes (1x3, 2x3, and 3x3 corner) and 5 levels (1-5) with 4 variants in each size/level. Buildings get fancier and taller as they level up.

Using the Loading Screen mod will reduce RAM usage by enabling the game to recognise that many of the texture files are identical. The decals and props listed under Required Items are purely aesthetic and are not strictly required.

Really liking these assets and I've been using them in my current build. Any chance of re-creating some low residential houses that are found in places like Aberdeen and Dundee etc? I think they will blend in well with these when transitioning from the core to the rest of the city. Apologies if you don't take requests, I wish there were more Scottish inspired houses on the workshop.

Heads up; these do not have growable options set as default, only RICO! I went in myself to add local growable as a toggle on option :) Just an FYI for a fix; happy xmas!!

I'm a bit worried I'll break something for subscribers if I try to overwrite these files with a new version, so my first reaction is to just leave it, but I'll see if I can find out a bit more about how to do it properly. If it helps, in the included RICO settings I've used the following household numbers:

1x3 L1-2: 3 households
1x3 L3-5: 4 households
2x3 L1-2: 6 households
2x3 L3-5: 8 households
3x3 L1-2: 12 households
3x3 L3-5: 16 households

Your work has become one of my core building styles so I am delighted you are continuing to develop them. I am especially looking forward to the Public Service versions. On the Themes mod, it seems to have failed. The new Building Styles Plus mod is taking over but it is early days and it hasn't got the level of polish the old one did. One request, could you put the number of dwellings in each building in the description. e.g. 3x3 L4 = 6 households, L5 = 8 etc. I like to use Realistic Population and it can be a challenge to get it right.
