It's caused by mod named "Gauranlen meditation". This mod adding some psy-focus buff while psycaster pruning the Gauranlen. and since meditation is considered a kind of entertainment, the pawn came to cut the tree only when the satisfaction was below 90%.

People like yourself keep this game alive and maintain the community :) I know this is not related to your mod but maybe you can help me because you know the topic. I have a colonist who's only job is prunning. And he is very good with plants and has gau xenotype. However I can't make him prun. He runs prunning once and then leave. This is not enough even to maintain the current level, not even talking to bring it up. Can you guess whet could be wrong here? Do you know any mods that could be interfering?
