My first static base.

You'll need 200.000k in survival to spawn it.

It features a crane, fluid storage, coal storage, a lighthouse, a shark cage(?), and some other stuff.

It spawns without fuel (apart from some diesel in the green tank and the coal bucket is full for testing)

No XML editing

The monitor inside the lighthouse works only if you transmit something to it, the base isn't equipped but a buoy, a ship, a plane, a sub, a drone could have a transmitter and send a video feed.

You can edit it as much as you want to suit your needs.
