And similar to the starting position like the Samnite faction, adding the Mamartines as a Italian (greco) faction in NE Sicily as a playable faction would give the Italian Peninsula a nice touch. As the Mamartines mercenary groups seized Messina and raided around Sicily from around 281 - 265 BC. Even going to war with Syracuse and Carthage. Which was the catalyst to the first Punic War when they asked Rome for help when under threat from Carthage. They would be forced to either die or seize territory from the beginning like the Samnite Faction.

I have no plans to expand the mod past it's current status. But, out of curiosity, what factions were you looking to play as?
Are these actually a thing, and if so, what produces them?
