Dynamic Post-battle Replenish

Description
In vanilla post-battle replenishment gives low cap, which give player really little help. This mod give higher cap, as well as applying lower "efficiency".
In total you can have higher replenishment, as long as you persuiting routings.


TL;DR:
Post-battle replenish uses captures to replenish your army

In vanilla VH you have 3~10% replenish. with this mod you have 5~20%
In vanilla VH each capture give 0.7 entity of replenish. with this mod you have 0.45
in vanilla VH each capture give 21 (=30*0.7) HP replenish to single-entity unit. with this mod you have 27 (=60*0.45)

双极难,战后补员选项基本保持在1%,我就纳闷了,CA就这么不希望玩家自动是吧?既然这么废干脆去掉这个选项岂不更好?完全没有存在的必要啊,感谢作者进行了调整,CA就是个狗B!
