Better Landowner class mod

Description
As of now the gentry is but a mere nuisance to most people, which I think is quite historically inaccurate.
That's why I added multiple benefits to those who maintain loyal relationships with the landowner class including; agricultural throughput bonuses, legitimacy, authority, and influence.

(Note: I'm new to modding in Victoria 3 so if theres any errors let me know. Also I'm open to further mod suggestions.)

I'll have to check this out. Historically yeah they were fatcat idiots but they could give benefits to the state and currently they don't have good modifiers.
