No More Expansionism

Description
This small mod removes the expansionism penalty in all campaigns. I made this since it seemed like the other mods available were outdated, and I tested one, which didn't work correctly.

This is probably not compatible with other mods editing the imperium values.

If you want to get rid of expansionism and the military upkeep penalties: Reduced Imperium Effects (Light version).

If you want the full version with more edits: Reduced Imperium Effects (Full version).

Hello!

It works in:
Grand Campaign
Imperator Augustus
Empire Divided
Hannibal at the gates

It does not work in:
Rise of the Republic
Caesar in Gaul
Wrath of Sparta

I will see if I can find how to edit those as well.

Expansionism is a permanent diplomatic penalty you get when your Imperium level increases, starting at level 4. This means that every other faction view you more negatively. They won't necessarily become hostile, but the diplomatic standing between your faction and everyone else will go down.

Can you explain what the penalty is/does? I've not played for a good while and cannot remember what it is....thanks
