Description
The canal will now reap a far greater range of benefits to whoever controls it.

(Note: I know there is already at least two mods like this, but I wanted to combine the benefits of both.)

You can use, "country_tax_income_add = XX" instead of the country_minting if you want it to be an Additional Income in the budget tab
