Welcome to the armory

This revival mod was made possible through the combined contributions of 404, andyLony, CC, and Duke_Venator. Extended thanks goes to Bodevarc for their work on the original incarnation of Black Sea Armory. Without that, this wouldn’t be here. Bodevarc, If you wish to discuss removal of this mod from the workshop please feel free to reach out to Duke_Venator.

What do we have in here?

The Maddened Black Sea Armory is a revival mod of Black Sea Armory. Outside of that, MBSA features a custom job with talents known as the Iron Rider. Along with that, there are several suits of power armor and an arsenal of potent weapons for you to take to battle against the denizens of Europa. There are also a couple of new monsters for you to tangle with! After all, what’s a bunch of fancy weapons and armor with nothing to actually fight?

What don’t we have anymore?

With all due respect, the original mod featured many balance decisions that made it unpopular in many campaigns. To this end, the primary goal of this mod is to rebalance and focus the Iron Rider job and the various suits and weapons found within this mod in order to create a more dynamic and satisfying experience that will be much more appealing to the average campaign.

What are we up to?

The current plan is to steadily comb through all of the content that the mod has and bring it up to modern barotrauma standards, fixing bugs as they’re found. Then, following that, we aim to tackle various balance issues and add in more content, like properly stompy sounds for the various suits.

However! Progress is currently very slow due to the fact that most of the team is preoccupied with life. If you want to contribute to the mod in some capacity, reach out to Duke_Venator on Steam.

If you want to use Iron Rider in single player campaign
You have 2 options.
Jobtrauma is compatible with any other job mods or map mod so we recommend it.

这段潜水服的代码在笔记本电脑上有bug,手电筒的开关按钮没有了,你们能不能把它改或者替换下面这段,我自己已经试过了,它能够正常工作。

guys, is there any way to remove pirates? Any mods? It is very annoying when at the very beginning, when completing missions, we are killed by random pirates who break into our ship

How do you take down the techno prankster? He seems impervious to bullets, turrets, and melee weapons.

Hi there! I am unsure what's causing it (as in, what enemy it is), but every 1-2 missions a group of pirates in the mech suits will attack the sub. This isn't really that much of an issue, except among them is an enemy that can irradiate the entire crew to lethal levels in literal seconds; long before their presence is even known about, much less they are located.

It's not very fun having the entire sub annihilated in moments with no way to adeqautely fight back. It feels unfair, unengaging and generally just, for lack of a better term, *bullshit.*

I would highly suggest some tinkering, or another override mod that doesn't completely disable any and all of these enemies from existing. Being able to do missions have them appear at outposts would be cool, without having to deal with an inevitable sub nuke that results in a total wipe that is out of player control.

Dude, your mod is really amazing, it's just Can you still let those power armor fit into the diving suit cabinet like before? I have seen it, and I have also modified those codes myself, but they are too complex and I don't know how to successfully modify them.
It is impossible to play in every mission a brigade of complete pirates who in a second blow holes right through the submarine, an excellent innovation
