Not recommended but if i had to this would be how u do it.
Disclaimer:
This relationship will probably not last long since its built of lies and sugercoating...

Requirements: Good mic + Good Voice + Smooth talking + some skill

Step 1: Find a girl in mw2.... this is the first hard part.
recommend S&D
Step 2: Ignore all the bad parts about this girl and compliment for every good part.

Step 3: If she has an argument with someone in the lobby u gonna take her sides...

Step 4: Patients cuz u need to survive at least 3 games to get an party invite or even an fr.
From there on do ur best to not lose her which will go faster then u think.

In the End i would say almost every other option is more safe and reliable + efficient...
But if u wanna waste ur time... here u go
