Or even "clean" generators, that produce less toxic waste, for the same power, just more expensive to build.
either add a seperate research for the generator, or change the ratio of power to pollution to be in line with the regular toxifier, and rename it to "industrial toxifier generator" to bring it more in line with vanilla expanded.
I recommend if you choose the industrial toxifier route, to bring the pollution up instead of bringing the power down, so it just pollutes people's bases more rather than destroying their power supply.
