The script takes over the thrust override so you won't be able to do it that way, this isn't my script you need to follow the instructions on the script authors page

Im trying to get the script to work on my own personal ship, running into an issue with the quadcopter blades not even allowing me to manually turn them on or mess with the thrust override.
