BASIC EXPLANATION
Solid Rocket Boosters vary in weight. This is dictated by their fuel content.
Their fuel content ranges from 0 - 100% by default. Making them weigh only so much.
Through the usage of XML editing, this value can be pushed past 100% (to any value), and beyond -1.
As a larger number increases weight, a larger negative number decreases weight.
This happens until it floats.

To make these your self, just set the fuel value of the rocket booster to the inverse weight of your vehicle (100 becomes -100) then subtract an extra 5 for the default weight of the rocket. (i.e. -105)

Otherwise just use these that I have provided here.

LAYOUT
There is a set of equalities to show you the weight of each different component. (This unit system is the same in the editor description). Likewise, the rest of the grid is set out simply. THE GREEN BOOSTERS ARE FOR COPY PASTING. THE YELLOW ARE EXAMPLES, WITH RED BEING THE COUNTERWEIGHTS .
(Don't touch the blue, that is also counterweight.)

- Reducing the weight of aircraft or ships.
- Fun exploity vehicles that have infinite floatation power.
- Blimps or airships.
- Gliders.
- "Lunar" gravity vehicles.
