ICARUS Rebalance

Description
ICARUS clan's rebalance. A verity of changes made for ease of use, more stuff, and rebalances.
Originally created for the ICARUS clan's multiplayer sessions, now publicly available.


Changes
  • Preferred Clothes: More options for each ideology.
  • Leaders and Guides: Not limited to 1 pawn with the role. (Meant for multiplayer, 1 per colony).
  • Dye planets: Produce 3 dye instead of 1
  • Devilstrand: Growable in hydroponics
  • Vents: Use stuff system instead of steel, are paintable
  • Techist end tables
  • Techist dressers
  • Smoothing walls and floors is sped up more by construction level
  • Huskies: Can have different colors
  • Thrumbos: Can have different skins. Textures from the mod More Thrumbos (Retextured), since they are slightly modifed and included in this mod, you don't need his mod active or subbed, included as a dependency to credit.

New
Drugs
  • Sensory Mechsurem - Increases senses for about 3 days
  • Fibrous Mechsurem - Increases movement and manipulation for about 3 days
  • Pain-X: Decreases pain, mostly safe for consuption. Higher Doses increase the effect, but can be dangerous.
  • Pypsum: Used to produce pain-x, can be grown for beauty, and addict people

Implants
  • Surrogate Arms and Legs: Mid tech 100% effectiveness
  • Visual Aid: Mid tech 80% effectiveness replacement eyes
  • Paramedic Arm: Increased tend speed and tend quality, unlocks with specialized limbs
  • Hauler Spine: Increased carrying ability, reduced speed, unlocks with specialized limbs
  • Task Master: Brain implant that increases general workspeed, but is very annoying to the host, unlocks with NeuralComputation

Research
  • Pypsum drug production: Allows for pain-x production
  • Surrogate limbs: Allows for their production, needed for bionics research, avaliable after researching the multi-analyzer

Structures
  • Hex Tiles: New variants with gold, silver, and mixed
  • Floor light: Has techist style too
  • Smooth wall: Looks like a smoothed rock wall, but is more expensive then normal walls
