UPDATE 11/20/22: salvos no longer affected by drag/gravity (now they beeline to your target!)

cvars:
tsarlauncher_debug : shoot barrels instead of nukes
tsarlauncher_gravity : affected by gravity or not
tsarlauncher_speed_mult : how fast you want it to shoot
tsarlauncher_max_salvo : how many unexploded nukes to have before it starts deleting them

may not work with some addons (namely m9k and gbombs 5) for now. working to have this work independently of those
