Finally, the first alternate leader of the Naruto mod series is here! Btw, before I expand on anything to him, I just wanna let y'all reading this part of the description that, prior to completing this mod, I was working on three mods at the same time, including this one, a mod for city-states from the other ninja villages of Naruto, and the mod of another I volunteered to help out with (the last one being my most important priority). This one was both the quickest and easiest one of the three to finish, so I decided to just finish and upload it.

If you've played this mod already... then yes, allow me to talk about my (and potentially your) concerns on this mod; Hashirama's leader ability is indeed quite OP. A 100% boost on production to all districts and buildings is no joke... The original draft ability used to span every district (including Spaceports) as well as buildings unlocked in the Medieval Era as well, it makes Hojo and Amanitore's leader abilities look like baby toys in comparison (In all honesty, it kinda still does, but at least all three of them have specific requirements to work now). I've nerfed it since, to make sure it only applies to stuff unlocked only in the Ancient and Classical since, but it's still very strong, though at least alright enough for me to release it as it is though. Also, it turns out most of the important stuff you need to build in a civ game are unlocked in those two eras so... there you have it, a Hidden Leaf civ with a very strong early-game that gives a massive headstart.

To be fair though, Hashirama (just like Naruto) is also quite OP canonically. Narutopedia tells me he built most of the Leaf's infrastructure when it was founded, and knowing both the nature and extent of his jutsu and capabilities... (especially when you consider he was the only one who could stop Madara in his time) it makes sense. That being said, if the leader ability is still too OP for comfort, I'll let feedback tell me, and so if they tell me he needs to be nerfed, that's when I'll look into finding ways to nerf him.
