Vehicle Recycling Continued

Description
For some reason propane torches now have 10 times less charges in them, so I went and put a few math function's into NoctisFalcon's Vehicle Recycling Mod. All credit to him for the original I did literally 10 seconds of work. Should make it work again.

NOTE: You only need THIS MOD, not this and the original.


Anyone who wants to use this for a modpack has my permission.

@steel.chicken He said NOT to run both mods at the same time. So original mod is NOT NEEDED while using this one.

Added this mod, running this and the original as instructed, but have no ability to recycle, option removed. How to troubleshoot?

With this new version of the mod i still can't recycle parts, i don't know if there's some issue with the DIY vehicle parts mod, if someone can let me know ill appreciate a lot.
