Better Garrisons for prestigious cities (DeI compatible)

Description
Just a small mod that adds some average and elite units to the special capitals (alexandria, massalia, athens, carthage..etc)

So you if you dont get to fight a proper army there, at least the garrison wont be just some boring levy hoplites.

Also works for the player, so your Capital is better protected.

Is this up to date with most recent DEI? Or does that not matter? (I am guessing it edits the building itself, so if any changes have been made to them then it would not be)

a garrison cant have more than 20 units so it kind of replace part of the existing garrison with more elite units

I didnt test it but since it uses untis made for the main campaign, I think you shouldnt use it for other ones
