Preemptive Strike Retextured: Drones

Description
Retextures the drone console from Preemptive Strike to fit in better aesthetically with the setting.
Also fixes some issues with the texture such as there being a contrasting gradient and assymetry.

I realise that the way I phrased it ("fit in better") doesn't reflect that I meant fit in better *aesthetically*.
