CJ's Starting Gear

I have always felt, after starting numerous playthroughs (throughout various patches of M&B) that whilst it may seem a bit trivial, the character creation phase could be improved from the choices that is presented to the player in terms of what you start off your adventure with.

Have you trained a few times a week, days, months, years potentially with your choices through life? Have you been appointed as a member of a Lord's personal guard and all the glory that came with that?

Then why do I have a set of common peasant robes with a mace, pointless spear and a less than average horse?

Now on review, there have been changes in the realm of Calradia. People have grown their appreciation for your youthful engagement and have decided to offer you some modest gear depending on your background training. Was your father part of the nobility? Were you a trained infantryman? A good scout? Look no further.

This mod changes starting gear of each of the choices of youth, to reflect them better. A rough summary across all factions are provided below and in Images:

Command Staff/Bodyguard:
- You start with a basic sword
- above average armour
- a trusty steed, resembling that of an elite soldier or junior officer assigned to the nobility/army.

Cavalry:
- You start with a basic sword/shield/spear
- average armour
- an average steed whilst still looking a bit above the average trooper.

Garrison:
- You start with a basic sword/crossbow and ammo.
- Below average/average armour.
- On review, the locals have not provided you with a horse as they don't understand it's use when you were mostly defending walls and on foot patrol.

Infantry:
- You start with a basic sword/spear/mace/axe/shield.
- Below average/average armour.
- As you are Infantry, you do not start with a horse.

Scout:
- You start with a basic sword, bow
- Some light/average armour.
- As you are a scout, you have been provided with an average horse to get the job done.

Skirmisher:
- You start with a basic sword/axe, some javelins.
- Light/average armour.
- You do not have a horse as you march alongside the infantry.

Camp Follower:
- You start with very basic gear. A staff/spear, sword, some javelins.
- Very basic light clothing.
- Accompanying the camp train does not require a horse. You had unknown reason to follow a band of people. You are not deemed worthy to own a horse. You are the lowest of the low and have been treated as such through your entire existence.Until now....

NOTE: The special faction choices such as Battanian Kern etc also have their own setups.

Is designed to be full compatible with majority of mods out there as it uses xlst updates to achieve goals.

May be incompatible with mods which alter starting gear sets and change the same entries as mine. Depends on which has higher priority. If you place lower in list, it will override any equipment changes with the ones in this mod's.
