Allows the player to build blood torches

They are build with 20 wood and 1 hemogen pack.
No research is required

In case anyone needs for the torch to give off darklight, you can go into rimworld's \Buildings_Misc.xml and add <darklightToggle>true</darklightToggle>

Thanks for this mod. I loved the look of them in game and found it disappoint that you couldn't build them for some odd reason.

They're mostly decorative, but they give a +2 to mood to pawns with the bloodfeeder gene
