Barnacle Grapple SWEP

Description
"Look, Gordon, a rope! We can use this to help with pits!"

A revival(?) of the barnacle grapple (used in HLVR:AI) from Half-Life: Opposing Force, after the original addon disappeared into the abyss without a trace.

This is not a reupload of that addon, this is a replication of it using whatever I can find. This may not be 100% the same.

I originally intended this to be an extension to the Ultra Lite Grappling Hook SWEP, but decided to make it standalone instead.

Please don't think this is a big thing because that isn't my intention for this addon. I simply just wanted to upload a barnacle grapple that worked the same way as the original addon did.

Credit goes to Drealengo for the original addon, though they also disappeared along with the addon as well.

Server ConVars:
- nn_barnacle_distance (default -1): max distance which its allowed to fire
- nn_barnacle_latch_speed (default 5000): speed at which the tongue flies to its target
- nn_barnacle_speed (default 1000): speed at which the player gets pulled to the destination
- nn_barnacle_damage_min (default 15): how much damage should it do minimal to latched objects
- nn_barnacle_damage_max (default 25): how much damage should it do maximal to latched objects
- nn_barnacle_damage_enable (default 1): should latched objects take damage?
- nn_barnacle_play_sounds (default 1): should latched objects and the weapon make sounds?
- nn_barnacle_ignore_sky (default 1): can the barnacle latch onto the sky?

Client ConVars:
- nn_barnacle_play_invalid_sound (default 0): should an invalid sound play when grappling fails? you can turn off for more immersion.
- nn_barnacle_play_invalid_sound_dist (default 1): should an invalid sound play when destination is out of range? (requires nn_barnacle_play_invalid_sound 1)
- nn_barnacle_play_invalid_sound_sky (default 1): should an invalid sound play when trying to latch onto sky with nn_barnacle_ignore_sky enabled? (requires nn_barnacle_play_invalid_sound 1)
