Flood Damage Control - Fixed

Description
Flood Damage Control (Temporary Fix)
Compatible with Cities Skylines 1.17 (23nd May Update)

Buildings no longer become abandoned nor collapse due to flooding

This mod makes it so that flooding won't cause your buildings to become abandoned and collapse.

Temporary Fix
This is a temporary fix for Flood Damage Control by TPB, updated for game version 1.15 (Plazas & Promenades update). It will be removed when the original Flood Damage Control is updated.

Check the original mod's description for more details.

Requires Harmony 2 by boformer. Does not alter your save file and can be removed at any time.

Please report any issues.

Does this mod fix all the flooded trees? The new 1.7 update changed the way water is handled and now my whole city floods.

Thanks for updating this! It's a very important mod for those of us playing close to coastlines... ;)

@StayHungryStayFoolish - the transfer manager (the in-game thread that manages "transfers") is better with Transfer Manager: CE, but I still them return fully to the station each time - and there are also times where a Helicopter is helping (which I mostly have for parks and forests to prevent them spreading), but it can't (reliably) put the fire out without several more trips, but a fire truck skips right past it to help with something else or return to station. The functionality in "Smarter Firefighters" wasn't so much about distance and district routing, it was about re-use of trucks on their way back to the station & helicopter AI.

@asterisk11231 as I remember, firefighters work better with TM:CE. Use a complex transfer mod, instead of separate ones.
