I don't know, but why? It's only useful for making custom xenotypes, which you can only due pre-game (Or with character editor, which adds something to re-desing your pawn)
however, logically it shouldn't... but do not hold me to that!
[REQUEST] I'd love to be able to filter individual genes, gene categories and set a min/max complexity.
My other idea was randomizing xenotypes through out factions, sorta like a Faction Blender but with genes? Looks like 90% of factions are all baseline ATM.
