KidneyStone - A custom tier 3 scout sub

A moderately armed and well-equipped Tier3 Scout submarine with some electical capacity problems.
Reactor output, engine power, oxygen output, hull durability and battery capacity are modeled after the vanilla subs, so from a purely technical standpoint the sub should be balanced for the campaign. However the generous firing arcs, extra storage space and QOL automation make it much more enjoyable and easier to play to play for beginners.

Non-vanilla QOL Features
- Generous storage space, with fabricator/deconstructor linked to storage cabinets
- Battery and supercapacitor charge contollers
- Automatic doors with water detection
- Toggleable central drainage corridor
- Toggleable locks in Armory/Medical/Helm
- Toggleable pumps on lower airlock (for artifact transport)
- Docking hatch on both top and bottom of the vessel
- Almost complete turret coverage
- Warning sirens and lights for critical component malfunctions
