Description
BRITISH EXPRESS LINER "YORKSHIRE" 1890

(Fictional)
Speeding across the Atlantic at a record 20 knots, the SS Yorkshire was a twin screw express liner as well as the fastest ship in the world. She sped along for a while but only a couple of years into service she fell victim to an act of sabotage. On one voyage, she was carrying a large amount of gold as well as some very wealthy passengers when an explosion suddenly occurred in her cargo hold and she started sinking. She eventually broke in two with a large explosion and sank around 4 PM on a calm sunny day.

HOW TO SPAWN

1: Load up the world that you want to spawn it in
2: go to the pause menu
3: Click "addon editor"
4: Click "load"
5: Click "Workshop"
6: Click "SS Yorkshire (Sinkable)"
7: Click "test location" on one of the four spawning locations

SPECIFICATIONS

-Top speed: 20 Knots
-Accommodations for:
32 Saloon class
66 Steerage
26 Crew
-6 Boilers with auto-coaling
-2 Simulated triple expansion steam engines
-1 Sink switch
-8 Lifeboats
-2 Steam driven anchors/windlasses
-16 bilge pumps
-2 Steam driven generators
-2 Condensers
-2 Large cargo holds
-2 Refillable fresh water tanks
-Full interior

HOW TO START

1: Turn the condenser pumps on in the generator room behind the engine room
2: Go to the boiler rooms
3: Light boiler
4: Turn the damper all the way up
5: Repeat on all 6 boilers
6: Once pressure is up, you should be good to go

SINK SWITCH

The sink switch is located in the wheelhouse, as a locked button with a key switch next to it.
One of the crates in the forward cargo hold will explode and cause the ship to go down by the head. The ship will break in half but ONLY if you keep the boilers on and let them explode. Keeping all the watertight doors closed is recommended.
The sinking does use parts from the weapons DLC, but it is not required for them to work. In fact, keeping weapons disabled will result in a much slower sinking.

EXTRA NOTES

-The generators will start up automatically once there is steam pressure.
-The reason for only one sink switch is because I wanted to make a much more refined sinking as well as cut down on lag
-The ship uses fully functional custom made propellers to move.
-Speed is directly linked to boiler pressure. The higher the pressure, the faster you'll go.
-Can be operated on low physics setting, with nearly all testing being on it.

I am using an older version of the game, so maybe something to do with that?

not sure what could possibly be causing that, just tested spawning it in at all 4 locations on both high and low physics and it's perfectly fine for me...

I have no idea what's going on, but every time I load this, it zooms backwards at 45 knots until it crashes the game.

Where do I turn on the smoke

Although laggy in the center, the ship is very well-built. I never got a chance to try this one out as my old computer literally wouldn't load it.

How much took you to build this thing?
