* Removes the Refinery research prerequisite from Bone Refining.
* Removes the High Tech Research Bench requirement from Bone Refining II.
* Adds marrow extraction to the butcher stump and to the hearth.
* Adds gelatin recipe to the hearth.
* Adds bonecrete, calcium polymer, and plasteel recipes to the medieval smelter.
* Adds bone ash recipe to the corpse bonefire.

Medieval Times operates as a game expansion, filling out early game / Tribal era content as Medieval era items, weapons, armor and buildings. This mod also adds 2 new types of medieval factions to the game. In addition to medieval content, some bonus items / additions were added for fun and to flesh out other additions made by "Medieval Times".
Use the tribal start for the full experience.

Note: I have not removed the happy merchant items as it is not my place, I am just trying to keep the mod in a running yet mostly unchanged state.

I'm not aware of any hard incompatibilities - this mod basically adds a lot of buildings/items - but there will probably be overlap in items, etc.

Does this require a new save? Playing Maynard and have no way to smelt equipment.

Thanks for the feedback, I just continued this long-running mod - if you have balance changes I'd be happy to include them! Or, by all means, patch away!

Truly appreciate the 1.4 conversion.

However this mod is very unbalanced, to the point where it looks like it never even got finished. Simple headwraps from this mod cover the full face and heavy armor barely slows the user down. I will be coming out with a patch soon to fix and rebalance some items.
