Optimized nav for gm_changed

a little navmesh update for gm_changed because why not.

Not as big as my other projects, but I went through it and merged stuff together plus fixed a few pathing issues

Thanks too both navmesh optimizer and zeta players for tools to make this a bit faster.

Should make those nextbots a bit smarter and less laggy on this map
