UNSC DRAKE Class Frigate with HEV module

Description
This is very simply the UNSC DRAKE CLASS Frigate but with HEV module drop pods allowing you to choose where you drop.

@maoko Make sure that the class names of the HEV pods are the same as what the scipt within the terminals INI show. This may also be broken since all the optre updates since i made this:NATO:

Well This couldn't drop the HEVs for somehow
