It's not always full. If the vehicle is not carrying a load, it is empty.

oohhh nice my ETS2 on Cities Skylines dream lives nice Truck releases only 2 manufacturer left Volvo and Iveco and I'm good haha! (yes I know we have alot of EU trucks but eh its it nice to have consitency on models so havin from same author or creator is nice) (this is the latest post as we speak so I will comment here haha)
