Soul Power: Fire Art and Teleportation Art

This addon gives the user the ability to use their soul as a weapon. The primary attack will shoot a burning ball of fire, towards the enemy, and the secondary will teleport the player to where they are looking. These powers are used by the greatest Ninjas. They take great skill to use, use them wisely and destroy your enemies, before they have the chance to destroy you.
