JBMod Map (Steam release version)

Description
This is the version of the JBMod map from the 2022 JBMod re-release, for some reason when I tested this map in Gmod there was no lightmap, idk why but there just wasn't, theres also no navmesh or AI Nodes, sorry :/

If I feel like it, I may add these 3 things to the map, or probably not cuz I'm lazy lol.

also the reason it has fullbright is because it was only made to work with HDR
