Description
DAMNED NATIONS

The Duke's Damned Nations is a complete overhaul mod that changes many many aspects of the game, from a complete battle rework, to campaign redesign, ai tweaks, multiplayer game mode changes, new models and units, altered vfx, projectile trails, you name it, everything is within the purview of the mod. In TWW2 it was known as The End Times, but has undergone many changes and has a new name and shiny icon.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Longer, bloodier battles, harsher campaigns, hundreds of new units and a whole new balancing approach as well as a custom faction, Skeggi, with a focus on Realism in Fantasy.

REALISM IN FANTASY

While many will see this as a contradiction, this is the key approach of The Duke's Damned Nations - treat the world as if it were real, and make it play accordingly. Accepting that all the magic, monsters and mayhem of the world is real, how do they act? How do you face the endless tide of the undead, the mighty power of the greenskins or the relentless rage of the daemonic hordes? The mod gives my interpretation of a realistic take on the world, focusing on solid gameplay influenced by realism to keep it intuitive and informed by the lore, which is, as always, interpreted. Tabletop is entirely ignored in my approach, except its connection to the lore.

Hi, there is a bug with the high king decrees. The starting one disapear and no technology grant any. Is this a feature or a bug?

since the new update the flying units dont fly

The pathing on some siege maps also is a bit rough but im not sure if thats due to the hotfix or dukes. But it was a struggle to get units to actually climb deployed ladders and in some cases dock towers against walls

erm it has a prerequisite in one of the menus i cant recall the name of: maybe updating the schemas?

@The Duke. I tried Runcher but the unit multiplier option is not working for me. Any suggestions on how to use it? In my case it looks like it is greyed out and I cannot change the default multiplier, even using only this mod.

Hey-Hey! I just want to say thank you, for the great work you did. Just discovering this mod, while playing it together with the old world mod, and it is just great. I like this one, much more than vanilla or SFO, played already 5 campaigns, and started Archaon one today. It is a lil hard, to learn some details, like undead not getting any unit experience, or some skills aren`t working as I am used to (souls leech as example), but if you turn your brain on, and pay attention, it is still understandable, how this mod want to be played. Thank you one more time, and keep cooking! :3
