CV-Hsiftac V1

This started by trying to move the top hangar of a Dugong to the bottom, and snowballed from there.
It is a CPU tier 4 LVL 25 build.

The Hsiftac has a large bottom hangar that is HV and SV friendly.
The bottom hangar houses the med bay, construction & repair facilities.
It also has the "suicide bridge" so you can see the terrain you are about to hit during planetary flight.

The middle desk has the crew quarters and coldsleep chambers.

The top deck has the main bridge, hydroponics, and engineering.

It is capable of liftoff on a 4g planet and it's 3 cargo boxes and 1 ammo box can all carry the max amount of 320,000.
