Frackin GiC race patch

Description
Patches GiC's realistic races to share most of the stats of their vanilla counterparts in frackin universe, excludes things that can be considered "training", like weapon masteries and special weapon effects.

i didn't change the descriptions because i was lazy but the stats are still there regardless

@allanzoka it doesn't add any new traits, just copies things like environmental resists and stuff from the vanilla races to the GiC races with the exception of things associated with frackin weapons
