Cuz every form that "reduces" the kaioken cost just don't do anything and just using kaioken normally works like i'd expect it to do
am i missing something or is it meant to be like that for now
you pop it for a second, deal some extra damage to a boss, and drop it before you start really losing HP
it actually makes it feel like you're using it as intended!
early game, your health won't drain at all at low strain (hard to take such small percents of only 100 hp) so it's helpful to push yourself forwards at high difficulties
later, it's more of a scale-tipper during boss fights rather than in every fight, but that just increases the pressure to dodge and manage your HP and strain
all in all 7/10 wish it had some more to it (accessories, maybe consumable upgrades? king kai NPC? probably not) but definitely a million times better than DBT kaioken (i'm looking at you x20)
