add a second [rule] for the same line and set it as prop - add the related sign prop.Not too familiar with IMT decorative function as of yet, I going to assume prop spawning on decorative network rule isn't supported. Will query the mod developer later.

I don't have the signs appearing when I place them down. This is using it as a network asset with the Line Marking Tool.
