This mod improves the common active skills that many races use, Foe-Seeker, Slippery, Deadly Onslaught, Heroic Killing Blow.

AI is affected too and basically compatible with any mods and save files except a mods that touches same data.

charge speed+15%, charge bonus+15 added

Heroic Killing Blow

base/AP weapon damage+50% -> 45%
splash attack power+30%(affects only to knock-back) added
