Last thought, thank you for your patience, would be War Wagons for Kislev? Eastern and Central European armies have a long history of using horse drawn wagons full of troops (the Hussite Rebellion to name a noteworthy occasion), and it would make sense if a rich boyar equipped his troops with imported Repeater Rifles (and maybe Mortar variants too if you like the idea?).
Some potential ideas: Bulls and Maneater Ogres for Cathay, Bulls as young Ogres seeking adventure and Maneaters as veteran mercenaries (Hobgoblin Wolf Riders would also make sense here as caravan guards, bribed brigands etc.).
Some of the less powerful Chaos Dwarf artillery for Warriors of Chaos, I know they already have the Hellcannon but I'm fairly sure the WoC are the main export market for Chaos Dwarf arms.
Gryphon Legion for as many Order factions as you think appropriate could also be great, they spend most of their time working as mercenaries throughout the Old World.
