[WOTC] PGO bridge : Weapon and Item Overhaul

Description = This mod is a bridge between "Proving Ground Overhaul" and "Weapon and Item Overhaul". It make the attachments created by WIO buildable and allows you to transform your basic attachments into advanced or superior version (if available). It also allow for the creation of the "basic" variants of the attachments (per request).

WIO ist incompatible to LWOTC and A Better Baracks (which are used often together) noted the author of WIO in his compability discussion and and i have found no info that this what fixed - so this mod should fail too with LWOTC.

Please note that "incompatible" does not means the game will not start.or you see obvious problems. Sadly this effect will often appear after days of playing, so be careful.

If you are using WIO with LWOTC, and PGO works with LWOTC, then yes, this mod will work
