原版意识形态图标扩展

[2024-03-10] 适配1.14.1，增加了民粹主义图标

原版游戏是四大意识形态下，实际各自划分了若干个的子意识形态，这些子意识形态在游戏中是以不同的文本描述出现的，这点也体现在好感度系统上，比如“相同的意识形态+10”，“相同的执政党+20”。本mod为这些子意识形态使用了不同的图标以做区分美化。
