Description
Tells Hush to slow the ♥♥♥♥ down.

(if you have REPENTOGON or Improved & Reworked Foes, you don't need this!)

* Fixes Hush having minimal to no delay between attacks when below 50% health
* Fixes Hush's lasers not adjusting to player's reduced speed under the effects of I'm Drowsy/Broken Watch

So glad this mod exists. Couldn't tell you what Very Intentional Gameplay Decision™ has led to Hush still being a pain in the ass all this time later.

just lost a tainted lost run to his lasers not being slow, so i immediately searched up a mod to fix that. thanks man
