A Customizable HUD

Resizeable, Repositionable HUD Component

Support localized translation

For those non 16:9 screen fellows
I suggest using [Bar] version HUD because font scaling in non 16:9 screen is bad, and HUDs will looks weird,and i dont have enough skill to make it better now :(

Comment any module you want and ill make it if possible

Open config menu by :
console command : ModularHUD_Config
spawnmenu : Utilities/Rice/Modular HUD

another mishap I've seen is the ammo counter is not present for the rpg or grenade

@salad fruit i found that problem as well but that need some workaround bc i cant get those just using Clip2()
