Small Passenger Carriage

Description
Would you like to travel back in time to when travel was was more elegant? Would you like to go back to when a passenger carriage could be more luxurious than a mansion? Well, you're out of luck because my time machine goes back a bit farther than that. As long as you ate lunch before boarding and you don't have to use the john, you should be set for a ride in this thing.

if you can can you make this a mission since my stormworks is broken and i cant spawn any vehicle even in missions only when there is a mission i can spawn
