Vaulting Zombies

Description
**THIS MOD IS MEANT TO BE USED WITH SPRINTERS**

I would like to add sandbox options based on zombie speed here however I am not sure how to, if anyone knows how this may be possible please get in contact with me through Steam.

**COMPATIBLE WITH BOTH B42 AND B41**

Zombies now vault fences and windows instead of falling over them

Zombies will attempt to tackle players through windows

Zombies will attempt to tackle players who stand too close to fences

Tackles can be prevented by pushing zombies as they vault

Tackling can be disabled by turning off fence lunges in sandbox options

Recommended mod: Stay away from windows

Planned features:
Variations in vault animation and a chance to trip and fall when vaulting
An optional setting for zombies to climb tall fences ( Done by someone else )
Further improve tackling

Inspired by this mod: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2867602810

Minor conflict with "Zombies with Player Animations Mod"

Make sure my mod is loaded AFTER that one in the load order otherwise tackles will be overridden to the default fence-lunge animation and the vaulting animation itself will be sped up.

if this is in real life, we'd be dead 100%

Starlit won't help you if this is a pure XMl mod; being able to access isozombie.speedmult doesn't matter if never access isozombie!

Thank you for the suggestion I looked into what SAFW did however, it is a LUA mod which is able to utilize Starlit library, whereas my mod has 0 LUA involved and simply edits the animation variable XML files. perhaps Starlit is able to be used in XML files (which is what vault animations are tied to) however the method for doing so would be completely different than how it is done in SAFW as they are 2 different languages and SAFW adds in a completely new function for zombies to utilize as opposed to mine whichs edits an existing one. There is a reason I never promised "Sprinter Only Mode" in the planned features.

I will look into seeing if it's maybe possible to do with Starlit alone as that method would have much higher compatibility with other mods that edit zombies than Forge would, but I am doubtful that it can be of use in this matter due to the way already existing animation variables are programmed in Zomboid.

+1 to applying directly to sprinters only with Starlit library. 100% sprinters is cool and all, but not my favorite sandbox setting. Just making sprinters only vault would be perfect.

To apply to sprinters only, you can use Starlit library to access the IsoZombie.speedtype and see if it is 1 (Sprinter)

@BoB I've been working on it however the only way to get this to work to my knowledge is utilizing Zomboid Forge and the documentation on how to actually USE zomboid forge is to put it bluntly: Complete dogshit

If anyone would like to help feel free to add me.

@[MLT]뉴비 까마귀 This mod have, both on b41 and b42 apply this animations to all zeds, regardless of their type, it's meant to be used with only sprinters setting.

Hello, I heard that this mod for version 42 limits running zombies, but walking zombies also climb over windows or fences as fast as running zombies. Do you have any plans to address this issue? If not, I will consider it unsuitable and unsubscribe.
