XA-49 STRIKER - Fast-attack flying wing by MrCreebert

Use the "High" Physics setting when using this plane!

Description
The XA-49 STRIKER is a diesel powered fast attack plane used for quickly destroying ground units

How to get inside:
  • Get to the back of the plane and locate the 2 handles on the upper left or right side of the wing
  • Grab both of those handles and pull yourself up
  • If you are not able to pull yourself up, simply using noclip to teleport inside the cockpit is also an option

How to start: Things like nav lights, heaters and dome lights are all optional
  • Once inside the cockpit, enable the main battery and avionics
  • Increase throttle to 4~
  • Push both engine ignition switches and wait for all 4 engines to start
  • All the engines should now be stable at around 4 rps~

    Taxiing to the runway & taking off:
  • Firstly, disengage the parking brake (button on the floor)
  • Increase the propeller collective using the corresponding arrow button called "PROP COLLECTIVE INCREASE"
  • Although the plane should already be moving, increase throttle to 6-7~ rpm for best turning speeds (its not great :| )
  • Once aligned with the runway, increase the throttle to 100% (Make sure prop collective is also already at 100% too)
  • Gently pull up to take off & dont try any crazy manouvers, the engines arent very strong

Maybe just a fluke but both of the inner engines caught fire while i was flying over the new land mass. I was pushing it fairly hard tho.

BigjimSlade if itsnt pulling up that probably means youre pressing s way too early. Since the flying wings engines are very weak it is recommended to use almost the entire runway to takeoff. If it wont pull up during flight make sure to not turn too fast and dont use yaw too often
