Scrap Metal? More Like God Of All Metal

Description
Added recipes for scraping metal materials into scrap metal and crafting metal materials from scrap metal.

Scraping:

1 metal sheet = 8 scrap metal
1 small metal sheet = 2 scrap metal
1 metal pipe = 1 scrap metal
1 metal bar = 3 scrap metal
2 unusable metal = 1 scrap metal

Crafting:

9 scrap metal = 1 metal sheet
3 scrap metal = 1 small metal sheet
2 scrap metal = 1 metal pipe
4 scrap metal = 1 metal bar

All recipes required propane torch and welder mask, gives 6.25 exp in metalworking
Tested in Single Player and MP.

For the ones wondering why its not working, you need to enable it in both the "Mods" panel and "Steam Workshop" panel.

I also can't find the recipe in the crafting menu. Does this not work on old saves?

How to fix the "no propane use" issue:
Just add: BlowTorch=<number of units> to all recipes like so:

recipe Scrap Metal Sheet
{
Category : Welding,

SheetMetal=1,
BlowTorch=2,
keep WeldingMask,

Result : ScrapMetal=8,
OnGiveXP : Recipe.OnGiveXP.MetalWelding25,
Sound : BlowTorch,
Time : 60,
AnimNode : Disassemble,
}

I chose 2 for both scrap/craft Metal Sheet and 1 for the rest but you can of course use whatever you want.

Will you fix the propane torch not being used?

Found where the bug is that makes it so no propane is used up in all of this mod's recipes.

When making the mod's ini text file, instead of typing "use" one propane the authors instead typed "keep" one propane.

@Dakine Yeah im also getting the bug where no propane is consumed when I craft any of the recipes added by this mod - both scrapping or crafting with scrap metal.

Very OP in its current state due to this bug
