Player Barrier

Description
Adds barrier for player units in a compatible way. Affects but does not override units added by mods. Campaign only. Savegame compatible. OP.

Would be cool to have this work on all units/lords/heroes Radious & Mixu both add.

@Wappaw_CptBlack13 That would add them additional barrier. For lords and heroes, that would be hilariously OP.

What happens when using this with a faction that already gets barriers? Does it just give them additional barrier?

No worries, I get you, though not all the monsters can take much damage, the hawks really melt with their lack of armor and low health pool haha. I'll check it out today and report back!

That was entirely my mistake. I lowered monsters' barrier stat to the point the barrier disappeared completely. My rationale was monster units are usually pretty tough as they are and the concept of protoss shield, in my opinion, made little sense for them if at all. I've somewhat corrected the barrier nerf for monsters (the formula of how barriers are calculated is a total enigma). Silly me trying to balance a cheat mod.

Noted some of Drycha's units don't seem to get it, the malevolent treemen, feral manticore, great hawks, giant spiders in particular

@overweetch It sets barrier and its modifiers for human-controlled factions in any campaign. Please try and see if it works in multiplayer, since I have no idea.
