Ever had a city with beautiful beaches, but a bit disappointed that citizens don't really use them? Or how living close to the beach doesn't raise property value?

This asset got you covered. It's basically a "park" to place on your beach. The citizens use the parking spaces, beach chairs, and walk around, so it's a fully functional (not just cosmetic) beach area.

I made 3 variations of the beach to avoid a "copy-paste" look when you place a whole bunch of them next to eachother, so I recommend subscribing to all 3 variations for wider beaches. Another tip: Use the Invisible Gravel Path to interconnect the beaches so citizens aren't bound to their own little area.
